Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of Vapid products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have a problem with an order or item and it's within 48hrs of receipt please Contact Us (vapidlacquer@gmail.com) with your order number and details about the product or order. We will respond quickly with a solution. This is generally a store credit or a replacement product. Please include pictures of any broken or damaged product.
Shipping
We offer Domestic (U.S.) and International Shipping!!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
Domestic:
Orders placed within the US, will be capped at $10. What does this mean? It means that no matter what you order, you will never pay more than $10, 1 to 4 bottle shipping rates will not change much, other than normal postal increases. Our Vapid Flat Rate Shipping must be chosen at checkout to receive this rate, This shipping option is our choice, we will chose the fastest and least expensive way to ship. Smaller orders could ship for less than that if available. You do have the option to select another shipping option, if another shipping option is chosen you may pay more than $10, and your shipment will be shipped as you choose.
So order all you want, and the most you will pay to ship is $10 per shipment!

Pre-Orders do not combine, if you place multiple orders, you will pay multiple shipping charges. Please see our group on Facebook (Vapicorns) or our main FB business page to see the latests release info.
Orders over $75 will ship for FREE! Yes, this will be permanent and all the time now. If you place a single order of $75 or more, it will ship free of charge. Additional orders will be charged if they are under $75.
International Rates:
International rates are actual shipping costs, though we will combine and refund any overages. With the constant shipping rate increases we cannot keep up. We know International rates are high, and we wish we had more control over this.
Please bed mindful that all shipments over 4 pounds, USPS requires that they are shipped Priority International. While we ship at cost, Priority is quite pricy. We never pad our shipping rates, we never charge for materials.
Our Bath and body products can get heavy very quickly, they impact the final shipping rate in a huge way.
You are also able to input a Domestic (US) address to ship to a Faerie.
We currently do not ship to the United Kindom.
Combined Shipping
We automatically combine orders, there is no need to reach out. Only orders that are not pre-orders may have this option. Only Ready to Sell items may combine, you will need to check listings or Facebook information on each release to see if this is an option for a certain release. These are usually overstock offerings or Purges.
